Born and raised in San Francisco, Evie Hidysmith works across media, including textiles, ceramics, alternative process prints, and sound. Inspired by the strength and fragility of natural forms, her art reflects on human individualism and collectively shared power. She was musician and artist in residency at The Grove SF and Alchemy Art Center, earned her BA from Brown University and will complete her MFA at SF State in 2026.
